MODERN TECHNIQUES OF OBTURATION AND RESTORATION OF THE FRONTAL GROUP OF TEETH

Elimination of bacteria from the root canal is the main goal of endodontic treatment. From the perspective of endodontics – for restoration of the tooth after endodontic treatment is the prevention of reinvestirovanie of the root canal system. Thus, endodontic treatment is considered complete when the tooth is restored completely, and thus prevent repeated bacterial contamination. The study of the effectiveness of obturation root channels of teeth was carried out by the cone-ray computed tomography (CBCT) technique. To control the quality of postendodontics dental restoration using fiberglass pins for examination, probing and diagnostic with a floss was assessed the integrity of the restoration, color and transparency of the cutting edge. In the clinic for five years, a survey was conducted and treatment of 248 patients with complications of dental caries (tooth 261) aged 16 to 64 years without severe somatic pathology and periodontal disease. In the course of the study, the fixed leakproofness and density of the obturation prevents further complications and ensures that treatment is effective in 95.4?% of the cases due to the use of Thermafil system in conjunction to crown restoration with fiberglass pins, which is determined at intervals-in the near future after treatment (7 and 14 days) and in the long term (6, 12 and 24 months), but for the full findings need further monitoring of patients.
