The study of the characteristics of slow heart rate variability in young football players at rest and during active orthostasis sample and identified their relation with the characteristics of functional condition and adaptive capacity. We have identified 3 groups according to the original tone of the autonomic nervous system. Young football players with a predominance of high-frequency oscillations had the highest level of functional state. Sample active orthostasis resulted in a leveling of differences of spectral characteristics. Young football players of all groups were overweight autonomic reactivity with a high proportion of low-frequency oscillations. We regard as prepathological condition requiring correction of the training process, the presence of the young football players in the rest sympathicotonia or suprasegmental structures predominance of activity of the autonomic nervous system in conjunction with an excess of autonomic reactivity.
