THE RUSSIAN POPULATION ADAPTATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS TO TIME ZONES

The aim of this work was to analyze the existing data on the human body adaptation to the time zones as one of the environmental factors that influence the population health in Russia. Flight across time zones causes person functional and psychological state deterioration. Jet lag intensity depends on the external and internal factors: individual characteristics, the organism functional and psychological state, the climatic conditions. These symptoms occur in case combining time zones and existing on the territory of Russia until 2011 for daylight saving time. Research this problem showed that, according to the authors optimal physiological and environmentally effective rhythm is such a human life one, which coincides with the current real day and night, with sunrise and sunset.
