The laws of accumulation of Zn, Cu, Pb and Cd were investigated in the lungs of 17-18 month old Hereford bulls grown in West Siberia. For analysis samples were taken from 17 animals. The level of chemical elements in the lungs was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The study has determined selectivity in the accumulation of heavy metals.
